Empowering Every Learning Journey
What Do Parents and Carers Need?
In the complexities of the SEND system, people can often feel lost and not heard. Parents/carers need to be listened to within a safe space, without judgement, assumptions and criticism. Every child matters.
Giving parents/carers this voice as part of a decision-making process is empowering. With our support you can feel that your contributions are valued as part of your child’s needs and outcomes.
Communication is the key. It can often be lacking between families and professionals which may lead to confusion and disruption within education. By fostering a collaborative approach where we all work together, will enable a smoother transition and help families to navigate the education system more successfully.
